Once your payment is confirmed, your eBooks will be immediately available under the "My Library" section of your account. You can read them directly via our web reader or download them in PDF/EPUB formats.
Shipping times depend on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take between 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
Yes, you can return physical books within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original unread condition. Please note that digital products (eBooks and Audiobooks) are non-refundable once downloaded or streamed.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. Local cash-on-delivery options are also available depending on your shipping region.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by going to Account Settings -> Membership. You will retain full access to your subscription benefits until the end of your current billing period.
